Arsene Wenger insists everything is possible as Arsenal step up their preparations for the Champions League last-16 second leg clash at Bayern Munich.
The Gunners lost last month's first leg at the Emirates Stadium to the runaway Bundesliga leaders 3-1 and are 26.00 to qualify for the quarter-finals.
Bayern, 4.50 to win this season's Champions League, are in outstanding form, and were a little unlucky not to beat Wenger's team even more convincingly in north London.
However, Wenger is refusing to give up hope, even though his side now look certain to endure another trophy-less season and are only 2.62 to clinch a top-four spot in the Premier League this term.
Arsenal will be without England midfielder Jack Wilshere for the second leg as the influential midfielder has an ankle injury, while goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny has not travelled to Germany.
Wenger said: "Football is football - everything is possible. It is a difficult task, we know that, but we think it is not impossible. The only way to make it possible is to have a real go and play at our best. I am confident we will be completely focused and up for it.
"I am convinced that if this team can find a big game, with a big win, you will see a completely different animal. This season we have fought to find that in the big games and we have another opportunity and I hope the team takes this chance.
"I have a great respect for this team and its attitude and they have not been rewarded yet. It is important for the end to our season that we do it here."
