UEFA investigate Daugavpils over match-fixing after arrests

UEFA is investigating claims of match-fixing against Latvian club Daugava Daugavpils after members of the club were arrested.

In a statement on Friday, UEFA revealed it had been informed of arrests that had taken place on Wednesday following criminal investigations by Latvian law enforcement authorities.
