Starke to undergo elbow surgery

Bayern Munich goalkeeper Tom Starke will undergo surgery on an elbow injury sustained in training, the club have announced.

The 33-year-old, understudy to Bayern’s regular number one Manuel Neuer, has made just two Bundesliga appearances this season.
