Caroline Wozniacki became the latest seed to exit the French Open as she was beaten 6-4 7-6 (7-4) by Julia Goerges.

Third seed Simona Halep fell victim to Mirjana Lucic-Baroni on Wednesday and, a day later, Wozniacki missed out on securing a first third-round berth at Roland Garros since 2012.
